Terms of Use

Agreement

Push Up RPG ("the app") is provided by SupafastTech LLC ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use the app.

Your health

The app counts exercises and turns them into a game. It is not medical advice, and it does not know your health. Before starting a new exercise routine, especially if you have an injury, a heart condition, are pregnant, or have not exercised for a long time, talk to a doctor.

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Streaks, norms and duels are there to keep you coming back. They are not a reason to push past what your body can do on a given day: a missed day costs you a streak, an injury costs you months.

Account

• You can play without an account. Then your progress lives only on your phone, and we cannot restore it if the phone is lost.
• With an account, your progress is saved to our servers and follows you to a new phone. You are responsible for keeping access to the email, Apple ID or Google account you signed in with.
• One person, one account. Choose a name that is not offensive and does not impersonate someone else. We may change names that break this rule.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings, and deleted accounts are not restored.

Fair play

Leagues and duels only work if the numbers are honest. The counter is designed to catch fake reps, and it is the only referee. Do not:

• feed the app a recorded video, a second person, or any other input that is not you exercising live;
• modify the app, its save data or its network traffic;
• use automation, bots, or multiple accounts to gain an advantage;
• harass other players through names, invites or duel calls.

If we find an account doing this we may reset its results, remove it from leagues and duels, or close it. We do not refund purchases on accounts closed for cheating.

Premium subscription

Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription. It unlocks the Mage and Archer heroes with their own health and level, a weekly potion ration, a richer season lane, two picks from every chest, unlimited hero calls and a premium gear set. The exact contents are described in the app and may change over time; we will not remove a feature you paid for during a period you already paid for.

• The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the stores.
• Hero classes you unlocked with Premium remain playable after the subscription ends. The other Premium benefits stop at the end of the paid period.

Virtual items

Crystals, keys, chests, gear, potions, ranks and any other in-game items are part of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to other accounts. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use them inside the app. We may adjust prices, drop rates and balance as the game develops; when a change removes something you had, we will replace it with something of comparable use in the game.

App lock

The app lock feature restricts apps you choose on your own phone until you earn minutes by exercising. It is a tool for your own habits, not a parental control, a security product or a guarantee. You can switch it off at any time. We are not responsible for anything you miss while an app you chose to lock is shielded.

Content and licence

The app, its characters, art, sounds, names and code belong to SupafastTech LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own, for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its content.

You keep ownership of what you provide (for example, your name). You grant us the limited rights needed to store it and show it to you and the people you play with so the game can work.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the counter will count every repetition correctly, that the service will be available at all times, or that your progress will never be lost. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SupafastTech LLC is not liable for injuries, indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or lost in-game progress arising from the use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may stop offering the app or parts of it. If we discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice in the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we notify you in the app; continued use after the change means you accept it.
