Where do I put the phone?Stand it upright, about a metre away, screen facing you. The camera needs your head, shoulders, elbows and hands in the frame. A wall, a water bottle or a shoe works as a stand.

It counts nothing.Check that the app has camera permission in your phone settings, and that you are in the frame from the shoulders up. Light from behind you, for example a window, makes the pose model lose the body. Turn to face the light instead.

It skips reps.The counter measures your own top position at the start of the set and then wants to see both the elbow bend and the body come closer to the camera. Half reps and very fast bounces are missed on purpose. Go a little lower and let the top position settle for a moment.

It counted a rep I did not do.Send us a short description of what you were doing. The counter is tuned on recordings from real people, and cases where it is wrong are the most valuable ones for us.

Does the plank count?Yes. The plank is measured in seconds held with a straight body, not in reps.

Do I need an account?No. You can play with everything on your phone. Sign in when you want leagues, duels, and progress that follows you to a new phone.

I got a new phone and my progress is gone.Sign in with the same email, Apple ID or Google account and the game will pick up where you left off. If you played without an account, the progress was only on the old phone.

How do I change my name or hero?Settings for the name. Heroes are switched from the hero screen; the Mage and the Archer need Premium.

How do I delete my account?Settings, then Delete account. This removes your profile, sets, friends and duel history, and there is no way to undo it. If you cannot open the app, email us and we will do it for you.

How do I add a friend?Open the friends screen and share your invite link or QR code. Whoever opens it is added in one tap.

What is the difference between a fair fight and a hero call?A fair fight matches you with someone of your level, and anyone can start as many as they like. A hero call is a duel you send to a specific friend. Three hero calls a week are free; Premium removes the limit.

Why did the league week not count my set?Sets count on the day they were done, in your own time zone. Check that the phone's time zone is right. Sets done without an account are not part of the league.

I paid but Premium is not on.Open the Premium screen and tap Restore purchases. If that does not help, email us with the order number from your App Store or Google Play receipt.

How do I cancel?In your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. The heroes you unlocked stay playable after it ends.

Can I get a refund?Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their rules, from the same subscription settings.

The locked app opens anyway.On Android the feature needs two permissions: usage access and display over other apps. Both are asked for in the app; if you declined one, grant it in the phone settings. On iPhone, Screen Time permission has to be allowed when the app asks.

I want to switch it off.Settings, then app lock. Switching it off releases all locked apps at once.
